There are two main parts:

1. Stretch molding: the main work is to stretch the planar film through the laminating heating plate, improve the temperature of the film, in order to increase the plasticity of the film, and then through compressed air and pumping the film into the same shape as the mold.

2. heat sealing packaging: the main work is on the film and the membrane under, after extracting the air inside the membrane, the formation of a vacuum, membrane on contact with the hot sealing plate above, heat heating film by heat sealing plate, the upper and lower layer of heat sealing film material melt, then squeeze through pressure, make up and down together, as a whole, to ensure product packaging not leak.

Other structures include: lower film unwinding, upper film unwinding, printing film cursor tracking, previous printing, transverse and longitudinal cutting knife, running chain, etc.
